Expect to learn Discipline, Respect, Self-Esteem, Balance, Coordination and develop Power, Strength, Control, Flexibility, and a better piece of mind that you know how to defend yourself in dire circumstances Nunchaku and Bo Staff forms are part of the intermediate and advanced curriculum
Classes are 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday. One-time registration fee of $75 $85 per month tuition
